Fast Breakfast.
As a citizen, Hong Konger, always being rush, people just love fast...
We rush our time, rush out our breakfast... the most important meal!
Please weak up earlier and prepare your first meal before you go to work!
But u know...sometime just lazy, want more sleep then wake up late...
Now I am a worker, I really understand how hard is it..specially winter.
I used to eat my breakfast before start to work, here i would like to share my fast breakfast to all "rushers".
AVOCADO (牛油果)

You can eat a avocado per day if you like it's taste and texture, I know some of you may not like it. For me, I usually eat a half of avocado in twice a week, I will eat other fruits instead. I am wondering did you guys know how to open it, but i have no idea at the beginning..such a fool :p However, I asked my friend this stupid question...so I drew the process for record and share it.
